NURSERY FUN DAY FOR LOCAL CHARITY
Shooting Stars Nursery held a fun day and raffle at their premises on Stourbridge Road, Bromsgrove to raise money for local charity Libby Mae’s Little Angels.
A member of staff at the nursery; Lucia Morris had heard about the amazing work that Libby Mae’s carry out to help babies in neonatal care throughout The Midlands and immediately wanted to help. The fun day on 11th August included a hook a duck, tombola, face painting, a BBQ and other fun stalls along with a raffle which ran until Friday 17th at the nursery.
The event was a huge success and raised £426.16 for Libby Mae’s Little Angels.
Nursery Manager Abbie Jones told us "We chose Libby Mae's Little angels for our chosen charity because it is so relatable to us at nursery. We are very proud to raise money for such a local charity who are making such amazing changes to neonatal care across the region”
