As many of you may have seen on our social media, sadly, on 19th March we lost Libby’s beloved Grandad Cliff.

Grandad had lived with dementia for almost 10 years, but thankfully, he was still able to enjoy life to the fullest until he suffered a tragic accident whilst on holiday in August 2024. Sadly, he never truly recovered from his injuries.

Losing Grandad has been an enormous heartbreak for our family, and understandably, the charity has had to take a bit of a back seat while we take time to grieve. This is why you may not have seen us out and about at fetes, carnivals and events as we normally would throughout the summer.

We have also made the decision to postpone our annual charity ball until 24th April 2027. We are already looking forward to putting all our energy into making it as special and amazing as ever. ✨

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has continued to support us, check in on us and bear with us during this incredibly difficult time. It truly means more than you know.

Rest assured, we will be back doing what we love as soon as we feel emotionally ready. Until then, thank you for giving us the time and space we need.
